I. DONATING

Understand that by donating to the Magic LaTale server, we are in no way obligated to make any kind of compensation via virtual items. You are donating at your sole discretion with the intent to benefit the server.

II. RETURN POLICY

Under no circumstances will there be a refund of any kind of donation. Payment is 100% final once it’s been made, and you agree to these terms upon making a payment.

III. GIFTING

The owners of the server may choose to give players gifts when they like as a “Thank You” for donating. At any time, the owners may decide to remove the gifts without asking the recipient. Upon payment, the donor agrees to this term.
